What’s The Best Way to Drink Ralli?

Ralli can be enjoyed straight out of the can or with the powder mixed with water or with alcohol as a mixer and chaser. We recommend using Ralli twice in the evening, once as a mixer while drinking and once before bed for maximum efficacy. Please note that Ralli is most effective consumed before bed. 

How does Ralli Taste?

Ralli currently comes in the 'berries' flavor, with new flavors coming soon! It tastes great - a bit like fruit punch and is non-carbonated. Ralli is sugar-free, zero-calorie and great with alcohol or by itself. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to Canada and the UK. If you are an international wholesaler or distributor looking to purchase Ralli in bulk you may email contactus@sendralli.com. 

What’s the Shelf Life of Ralli?

Ralli has a shelf life of 18 months. We recommend refrigeration for the best tasting experience. 

What’s Your Return Policy?

Our goal is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible. if you’re not satisfied with Ralli, we’ll refund your first order, minus shipping and handling. to request a refund, please send an email to contactus@sendralli.com with your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request, within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

Can I Return My Product?

Our purchases are risk free – if you aren’t satisfied, we'll refund you within 30 days of delivery. This is limited to one product on your first order only. Send us an email at contactus@sendralli.com and we will process your refund. Please note: subscription and referral orders are not eligible for refunds under our risk-free program. Also, if you purchase more than one box on your first order and would like a return under the Risk-Free Money-Back Guarantee, we can only refund one box from that order. 

My Order Was Lost or Stolen?

If you purchased shipping insurance with your order you can easily file a claim. When filing a claim, it will be reviewed shortly for a reorder or refund. Please email contactus@sendralli.com with any questions on this policy. 

I Placed an Order but Didn’t Receive an Email Confirmation? 

Please check your spam/junk folder and make sure to whitelist contactus@sendralli.com. If you’re still unable to find the order confirmation email, please send us an email with your full name and the email you used to place the order to contactus@sendralli.com.
